Grilled Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan Stacks with Homemade Marinara accompanied by Spinach Portabella Stuffed Shells in a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Than there was grilled Zucchini Tomato Bruschetta and an Arugula, Pear and Goat Cheese salad with my own Homemade Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette, and for dessert.....can you say homemade Cannoli's, Chocolate dipped Strawberries, and over 10 different choices of petit for secs to sweeten the experience!!!
Thanks again for giving Tarragon the opportunity to send you off to Italy in style and what was even better was you serenaded us with songs at the end....a wonderful experience for everyone !!!
