Once again we used Chef Doug for a dinner at our house. It was for my wifes birthday and I couldnt wait to see what Chef Doug had in store. This time he cooked for 8 of us at the house and topped the bar again. A very nice light menu and so mamy flavors. People that were at this event at our house couldnt believe it how well this meal and menu was. They all have been to some of the finest resturants in Chicago and have gone with us and this tops all of it. I mean it. We also had the Chef Doug over last night and will continue to use him because of his expertise. Incredible.

I agreed French is the epitome of dining in elegance. I've visited couple of French restaurants and their presentation, generosity is truly admirable. I love their foods a lot. Thanks
