Once again had Chef Doug out to the house. No need to venture into the city of Chicago anymore for fine dining. The quality of work and time put into everything can be tasted in every dish. I mean that. My wife and I usually head into the city at least a couple times a month to dine, not anymore. The duck served both ways was incredible. I found myself eating again at 230am because it was so good I ate the left overs. Incredible. I am going to use Chef Doug again for my wifes birthday and having family and friends over. Why go anywhere else with this quailty and presentation.

Bill, Thank you sincerely for your kind words!! Its great to have people who know, love and appreciate food as much as myself. As I've told you before my goal as a chef is to pretty much ruin any other restaurant experience you may have.... I want you to leave their establishment and say emmmmm, I've had better!! Hopefully my goal was achieved.... Remember, without great guets there can be no great chefs!!!
