I can tell you that I have been a person that loves food. My wife and I have eaten at fine resturants in LA, New York, Dallas, and yes Chicago. Everything from Charlie Trotters, Tru, and Everest. Plus new ones like MOTO, Sprout, Les Nomades in Chicago and Chef Doug tops them all. I mean that. He continues to blow me and my family away every time and look forward to this weekend again when we have guests over.
